Jason has spent over 25 years serving on staff at Life Church and North Point Ministries and working alongside respected churches and companies to help them make hospitality a core part of their mindset and culture. His passion is helping churches create environments where people feel seen, valued, and truly connected—turning guest experiences into lasting relationships.

With a doctoral degree in hospitality, Jason is a nationally recognized guest experience consultant, leadership coach, keynote speaker, best-selling author of seven books, and university professor.

Drawing from real-world experience, research, and education, Jason has developed practical strategies that help churches and organizations recognize that most cultural challenges have relational solutions. He works closely with church leaders to build a culture of hospitality that goes beyond a warm welcome—infusing clarity, care, and connection into every aspect of ministry.

Jason partners with teams to help them understand who they are, make the most of their existing resources, gain momentum, and rediscover what it means to truly thrive in ministry. He’s worked with organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, FedEx, Audi of America, Willow Creek Community Church, Bayside Church, the Global Leadership Summit, and many others.

His best-selling book, The Come Back Effect, unpacks practical strategies to create a church culture of belonging that transforms communities. His latest book, Likable Leader: Becoming a Leader People Love to Follow, is set for release in May 2025.
